Circuit Training
A multi-stationed exercise and education program designed for the individual with limited
experience using fitness equipment. Participants will be instructed on the proper use of weight

Weight on the Run
Great program for anyone who wants to learn how to exercise safely and eat healthy. This
12-week program starts with a fitness assessment and nutritional consultation. Three weekly
monitored workouts combined with weekly nutritional support can shape a healthy future.

Tai Chi
An eight-week beginning program where you will learn to relax and workout at the same
time. Tai Chi teaches breathing techniques along with coordination and relaxation of the entire
body. The slow circular motions take every joint of the body through their full natural range of
motion, enhancing flexibility and opening the circulation system.
