Number of Dermatology Physicians on Staff: 8

Program Description: This a 3 year residency program that is consortium based with Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital. Botsford and POH will each select one candidate per year based on academic, professional, and personal qualifications. In addition to the training in the clinics of the Dermatology faculty of the two organizations, as well as assigned rotations based on the curricular requirements, there is a resident clinic mentored by Dr. Mahon. Utilizing the Core Competencies as a template, the goal of this residency is to graduate a fully competent, board eligible Dermatologist that will be able to be fully licensed to practice the full spectrum of the diagnosis and treatment of dermatologic conditions and diseases.
